about.
Anastasia Ovi is a Russian artist currently based in Florianópolis, Brazil. Born in the Vyatka region, in the northeast of European Russia, she carries with her a deep-rooted love for endless green fields, dense forests, and Slavic traditions — now beautifully intertwined with her passion for tropical landscapes and vibrant colors.
Her work explores the feminine spirit in nature, drawing inspiration from Moroccan tiles, banana trees, the sacredness of sisterhood, the wisdom of Mother Gaia, and the ever-shifting ways we connect with the natural world. Each piece is a meditation on womanhood, earthliness, and beauty — as seen through the lens of both rooted heritage and nomadic curiosity.
A dedicated traveler, Anastasia gathers stories from around the globe, often finding herself in galleries, gardens, or quiet city corners, absorbing culture and creativity in all its forms. Her journey is one of constant learning and exploration — artistic and otherwise.
Anastasia is also a writer who believes in the freedom to live life on your own terms. Her words, like her art, are filled with quiet conviction, curiosity, and a deep reverence for the human experience.
Beyond the canvas, she’s fluent in five languages, deeply interested in blockchain and real estate, and hosts her own podcasts and blogs. She’s a multi-passionate storyteller, a multi-career, multi-purpose human.
The world belongs to brave women, wonder into the nature, and quiet power.
